Santa says “You’re hired” after Rudolph shows him how to increase sales, decrease costs, and streamline operations using a WSI Internet Solution, other reindeer aren’t laughing anymore!

December 14, 2005 North Pole - Rudolph has a little more free time this December. The normal holiday bustle has come to a screeching halt now that he helped Santa discover the benefits of an online Internet Solution from WSI Internet Consulting & Education. Last time this year, Rudolph was busy managing the millions of Santa letters, organizing the massive paper-based toy distribution system, and coordinating the training of new reindeer throughout the world. WSI has changed all that – the Santa letters have gone digital and are now part of his virtual customer center, the distribution chain has been incorporated into an e-commerce system so retailers can now visit Santa’s website to order toys electronically, and the reindeer training is now conducted over an online e-learning solution, eliminating travel time and cost. All of the other reindeer now get to play in their reindeer games.

During our exclusive interview with Santa, he told us, “I really don’t know what I did before WSI developed our system. I thought the cost would be prohibitive, but I quickly realized that our return on investment has been substantial. WSI’s e-marketing and search engine optimization programs help the children and toy retailers actually find our site. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner. Rudolph is the one who recommended WSI to me and I couldn’t be happier. He has saved us all so much time and money, how could I say anything but ‘your hired’, I think Mr. Trump would say the same.”

We caught up with Leonard Magro, the internet business consultant that developed and managed the project for Santa at his office in Rochester Hills. He told us that he was very happy to work with Rudolph on this project. "Normally, we focus on developing internet solutions for small and medium sized business, but when I sat down with Santa to do an Internet Business Analysis I realized that even though they are a little larger than our normal customer, there were several solutions we could develop for him."
